Geico has been horrible to deal with Its been a month since an accident and my car still isn’t fixed and no help from agents and getting ahold of anyone is a complete joke if your lucky you get a reply once a week that is not helpful by any means stay away from Geico. I have been a Geico customer for over 10 years and will be switching after this

Complete scam. Three claim adjusters reached out all with different stories and outcomes. The roof of my trailer was damaged due to wind and separated during towing which is covered under the plan but they denied my claim because I don’t Calk my entire trailer even if not needed yearly. The manufacturer suggest inspecting every three months and caulk as neededI I do regular inspections and constant maintenance on my trailer. My claim was denied not only will I be canceling my auto insurance also my home insurance through Geico. What’s the point of having insurance if they try to weasel their way out of paying claims. Say goodbye to a long time customer who has never filed a claim.

Im broke down and no roadside asst. I specifically asked and told i was paying for it! Flat out lied and took my money too! I drive older used truck, i always get it.

I guess I can't really blame him. Just didn't seem like he could do anything to help my issue

Avoid GEICO at all costs! The glass department is truly a nightmare to deal with. No one has any clarity and they made me go to SafeLite who cracked open my windshield, saying 'it is a risk I have to take' . Now I have to pay for a windshield replacement, and GEICO can only forward my calls to glass department handled by SafeLite!!

What a mess!!!
