Add ReviewOrdered a sweatshirt on November 5th 2021 I knew it was gonna take a little time to ship to me because it had to have my command logo put on it. I called them on December 5th to check on my order and they told me it was on back order for a carhartt sweatshirt. Called back a few days later and the person I talked to told me they had it in stock and she would tell them to put a rush on it and I should get an email with in a week about the status. Called back around the 15th and the lady I talked to said she was going to get a supervisor involved and I would get an email right after our phone call and guess what I never got either emails. I called again today December 20th, now I'm in California so the same timezone as Gear Up in Oregon, I called at 11am and every single time I got voicemail I clicked on all options on the phone and voicemail on all of them. Their customer service just gives answers but has no results, their phone services never answer on the first one there is no hold its just right to voicemail. A solid answer is all that I am looking for just to get my product I ordered before summer when the sweatshirt won't be worth it.Report

Their promise is, they will do everything in their power to make sure our athletes have their gear on time for game time.
Ha... why would they have waited 3 days before they mailed out my daughters items? 3 days. I'm sure it would have been even longer if I didn't ask for an update.
I ordered items from them and paid extra for them to expedite the order and ship it out quicker. I clearly said I needed the order no later than the 10th (game on 12th... picture day on the 14th.
I had to reach out to them several times and was told the order was completed on Dec 7th. Today was Dec 10th!
I said I never got a tracking number stating they mailed it out.
Got a reply back late Friday night stating that because they dropped the ball, they are refunding me my $25 expedited fee and are upgrading my shipping.
They followed up with a tracking number and they shipped it UPS ground. It will arrive in 8 days.
This is NOT expedited shipping.
I hope never have to use this company again.
Way over priced, horrible customer service and they clearly don't care about completing the job on time.
I even asked why they held onto the package for 3 days before shipping. No response.
Just horrible.
If you have another option to buy from someplace else, do it.

Everything we ordered was perfect! Shipping was a little slower at the beginning on the school year, which is to be expected. When I emailed customer service to ask about it, they were quick to respond and get my order out ASAP. Our most recent order arrived much sooner than expected. Items were backordered and took way too long. While that is not their fault, communication was poor until I bombarded them with emails. When we finally received our order, two of the three items had misaligned printing and had to be redone. To their credit, the items were replaced in a more timely manner and we were told to keep the original pieces. The clothing and bag are Nike, so expect the quality to be good. We recently starting working with GearUp and our league was not sure what to expect so we were hesitant. Boy am I glad we made the switch. GearUp was made our uniform process a breeze! Customer service has been great, the few hiccups we had, they handled them quickly and made it simple! Who is giving this company more than one star!!! I want to give them zero! They are so unprofessional and don't know how to manage communications with customers. My volleyball team jerseys were ordered a month ago (8/30) and they have not had any updates to us until we called them out. After exactly 28 times calling, I was able to talk to one of the staff on 9/22, he was telling me, quote, he is confident that we would receive them by Friday (9/24). So fortunately most of jerseys arrived right before the game on 9/25, however, not my daughter's. So I emailed them on Monday, asking for a follow up. No answer until today, Wed, 9/29. So I had to call them again. I got to talk to the same man who gave me his confidence last wed a week ago and I asked him what's the status and if I would receive it by this Friday. He was so rude I had to bite my tongue not to swear. He kept repeating "I don't know" "I don't have the reason (to the delay)" with a very annoyed voice. And claimed, another staff, Blair started to working on my order one hour ago. Are you guys kidding me? You missed two targeted delivery dates and I emailed two days ago and you just started to check on it now? I don't know why our school chose this guys for uniforms (probably only one in town) but cannot believe this bad customer service.
