Wow, what a great experience. Our tension spring broke so I completed the contact form on about a half dozen local garage repair shops about 10 p.m. at night. Within minutes I had a confirmation of my inquiry from Garage Door Doctor. By 7 a.m. the next morning a rep had reached out to me via text and after a few exchanges (and comparing the price to the only other company who responded), I had an appointment scheduled within a few hours. Jonah showed up on time, was extremely professional, and got us back up and running in short order. Great communication from the company as well as the on-site tech. Just WOW!! Everything with Garage Door Doctor was amazing! From my initial conversation to my technician Matt.
