Fitness Incentive

Very clean facility! Offers many classes at convenient times (morning and night). The daycare is great! I wish they offered guest passes and tanning! But over all it’s a good place to be!

No one follows the rules. The sauna clearly says “no shoes” yet there is no enforcement!

My daughter joined and stopped going. She spoke to Jackie and told her she wanted to cancel her membership back in June, Jackie said she would take care of it. Well 5 months later she still being billed and when she's called they told her Jackie can't cancel it. This reminds me of Chandler on Friends, you can never cancel your membership.

I recently moved off LI and I can truly say I will miss Fi! I was a member for 30 years and it was truly a home for me. I met many friends and acquaintances over the years and had many good times through the Fitness Incentive family! Thanks Corr for all you have done for me If you are looking for a gym to make part of your life FI is for you!

I’ve been a member of Fitness Incentive for some time now. I don’t even like calling it a gym. It’s surpasses any expectations of what you would want from a gym. It’s a hub for all things Health! They want nothing more than every member living up to their potential.
I would like to share something. A Pilates instructor outreaches later in the day hours after class was over. Just to be certain I was understanding a breathing concept. This goes over and beyond of what a “factory gym” would ever do!
Fitness Incentive is truly my extended family!

Hey Liz I was thinking about the class yesterday and typically when we lift into chest curl we should exhale since u are compressing the belly…then coming down you are inhaling to lengthen the spine…just wanted to clarify since sometimes the breath work gets lost in the movements you did amazing yesterday you are so strong and have great control over your body im super proud of u!!!!

Hands down my favorite place to start my day or end my day and if I’m lucky enough, both. It’s an all around vibe. The friendly staff, the invigorating classes, the relaxing spa and sauna are all so inviting. If you know me, you know my happy place is here and how proud I am to be a member of this club.

Lovelovelove this gym! The gym itself has so much to offer- spin, hiit classes, weight lifting equipment, hot yoga studio, saunas, and so much more ! It's always clean. The class instructors have all been so fantastic- all around great workouts and they have fun with it! I'm so happy I switched to this gym. Ive only been here three weeks but I feel so welcomed into this close-knit fitness community. I finally found a gym I love in this area and I'm super excited about it ! I love supporting local business and joining this gym was an easy choice !

This is by far the best gym!! So many different things to do here! The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and welcoming. I am extremely comfortable here and will never go anywhere else.

I first started going to fitness incentive in 2013. From my first day I always felt welcomed. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful . The instructors and trainers are top notch and always available to help and answer any questions. I had to freeze my account a few times due to school/ moving / life and every time they were more than accommodating. They have a ton of new equipment, amazing classes, a very clean locks room , a sauna and an amazing spa. Their training program is also great. No other gym compares ! They are truly the best of the best.
