It really is unbelievable. I call tec support provided by local companies. They keep you on the phone forever. That is if you can survive the twenty minutes on hold. Then it's the same old answer, sorry sir we can't help you. I call fast fix and "'Problem solved." He picks up the phone, made the appointment for the next day. Call me on time and computer problem fixed. After weeks of frustration he had it fixed in 15 minutes. Thanks Matt, you will be the first call next time.

Very professional

First time I needed computer repair, called around to several local companies to get their opinions / quotes. Matt beat them by a long shot in pricing, hands down. He was professional, kind, and was transparent in what he was doing, since I was curious to know and educate myself a bit on my particular repair. He also guarantees his work for a month, which made me feel much better about going with his services. I tipped him extra for the good work, and believe we all should tip our small business owners a bit extra for good services like these.

Matt was AWESOME! What a wonderful young man, he made my sons day! Came to my house and fixed my sons gaming computer! Very thankful for his service! Will definitely use him again!

I have used Fast Fixx multiple times. I am computer illiterate(next to hopeless), never has Matt made me fell bad for all of the questions I ask. He is quick to respond, and has resolved all my computer concerns. I am so happy I stumbled across this business!

Hands down the best, most patient and competent computer technician I have used in 18 years of business. Always available within a reasonable time frame, doesn't just fix it and walk away; he makes sure the customer tests the computer afterwards to make sure the issue doesn't duplicate. I would highly recommend his service.

I've used Matt for years for personal and business computer hardware and software issues. He's always made *my* urgent problem HIS urgent problem and comes up with a fast fix. Thats critical for a small business owner like me! Thanks Matt!
