I met with Jeanette Mora on June 8th. She was kind and empathetic. That meeting is the only thing that has been done to earn my fee. As of today, June 27th, nothing else has been done, despite assurances that paperwork would be filed in 5-7 business days.. my sister and I have made 3 phone calls to her and her assistant, still nothing done. I am quite unsatisfied. Be careful. These may not be the right lawyers for you.

I want to give a BIG thanks to Family First Firm for helping my aunt to get her Medicaid. Want to give a shout out to Nancy Reyes who help me get the info my aunt needed. She was there all the time i needed to ask a question or she let me know the paper work i needed for the Medicaid. Thanks Nancy.

Thank you Corinne Huston and Lindsey for the efficient handling of our trust/estate documents. A major milestone for us has now passed and has given us great peace of mind. High recommendation from us.

Great Building

Family First accomplished the goal , which was completing the Medicaid application process, however, they were not very pro-active in their communication. Since they promote exceptional service I was disappointed in the service they provided. Their Community Liaison was exceptional. She went above and beyond several times in making herself available and providing answers to questions, but the other people I interacted with were lacking in their communication and responding back to messages and questions I had. They were not very pro-active in keeping me updated on the progress. Even the final approval I was not informed of until a few weeks after I had already received a letter from the State of Florida. So they got the job completed, for which I was grateful, but I expected more regarding their communication and responsiveness.

The folks at family first are so professional and caring. Navigating the healthcare system is difficult, but they break it down into simple terms and give you straight forward options. They really do care and treat you like family. It's refreshing to deal with good people. Be sure to talk to Brianne. She's awesome!
