I have been a member at F45 Northgate since the day they opened their doors two years ago and I can't say enough how much I enjoy this studio! I have been a member of Orangetheory in the past but I can honestly say that doesn't even compare to the workouts that F45 offers!! Your membership not only buys you amazing strength, cardio and hybrid workouts but a whole community of friends as well!! The studio is clean, the coaches are amazing and the workouts are everything you're looking for! Each workout is different and will push you both physically and mentally!! If you're looking for a good workout I would highly recommend trying F45 Northgate…you won't be disappointed!!!

F45 Northgate is great. They offer both cardio and strength training, the workouts are challenging and I can truly notice a difference in my body. All of the coaches are incredible and help you throughout the class, encouraging you and guiding you through the exercises. I enjoy the group workout vibe and the music makes the class go by so quickly. The whole team at Northgate F45 is amazing. Super friendly and professional staff! Highly recommend.

I love F45 workouts! I feel stronger and like I have more endurance since starting at this studio. It's great to feel like you're part of a community and see the same people at multiple workouts per week. The coaches are also great motivators. 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot say enough about F45 it's an amazing place with trainers who are dedicated to your fitness goals ! You get so much variety and you are never board . If you have goals for fitness F45 is the way to go !
