I was very disappointed with Elite Christmas. I work for a property management company and hired Elite Christmas to decorate our beautiful community. Our disappointment is a understatement. We hired and paid our deposit for install to be completed by 11/30. Install was not completed until 12/12. That was after many attempts of trying to contact them to figure out what the hold up was. I was very upset with the responses I received from Elite expressing my valid frustration. Unfortunately I would not recommend Elite for big jobs, at least from my experience.

The neighborhood loves our Christmas lights. Men were very helpful with changing where the lighting goes and adding to the lighting this year since we put in new landscaping in the front yard.

The guys were very professional and did an amazing job! Tony answered all questions I had in a timely manner and anything we needed he made sure to help!! We will continue to use them every year! Quality is FANTASTIC

Tony and his team did a great job . They are very prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Communication could be a little better. Received final invoice dated 18th December on 19th already marked 'Past Due'! Then received an email to say lights would not be removed until payment received. Payment sent and then waited a further two weeks for lights to be taken down.

Delays in setting up the Install-appt has finally been resolved, and we couldn't be more pleased. A really very good job in the work they ido; good follow-up by Ryan and his crew!
