Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively throughout his work and delivered a resolution in an efficient and satisfactory manner.

Joe provided services to us on 12/5 and 12/7 to fix a short in our upstairs thermostat. On Sunday, when we required emergency services, he quickly assessed the situation and provided a fix to temporarily get everything back online and make our home comfortable. He thoroughly explained the issue and what a permanent fix looked like and what was required. He was able to return Tuesday with all needed parts to fully remedy the issue, and it was very affordable. Very much appreciate Joe and the Elite Air Team.
