Hi, I'm Jesse As a first-generation immigrant with one foot in Latino culture and the other in English culture, I know firsthand how navigating that can be very challenging. I'm trained in Trauma-focused CBT and EMDR. As your therapist, my intention is to provide you a space free of judgement where you can discover and explore the parts of you that have long been neglected.
