I started my car searching process early in the day and I waited literally all day on them until one, Lonnie Rush of Alexandria Eastern Motors came and saved my day from confusing, hardship and uncertainty. Upon arrival, His energy made me feel comfortable to where I was no longer worried about my car-searching process. From the first to last step, Lonnie has proven to be the best salesman a customer can ask for and I may never deal with another salesman again. Just bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox from Eastern's Alexandria location. Worked with Mike and Carlos, both of whom were great to work with and answered all of my questions.

Update 11/19/21. I just found how to edit this review as I don't tend to leave reviews. I had gone to the Easterns location in Alexandria and it was very stressful! Ibrahima took advantage of me!! He asked me to open my browser and HE literally took my phone and wrote that last review himself!! My experience there was him adding so many things to my deal that I did not need!! First time buying a car that I did not understand what it all meant. I was rushed into signing papers and did not leave with the car that I could financially afford. They have you waiting for over 4 hours so that you are exhausted by the time they are going over the paperwork!! Don't go here!! PLEASE take your money elsewhere!!
