I needed a certificate for property fencing and they were able to get everything done for me in order to get my fencing done. Eastern Chadrow Associates, inc. conducted a boundary survey of my property. They called me the night before to tell me that they were coming, showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. They completed the survey even though some of the dimensions on my deed and those for surrounding properties were somewhat confusing. They made a real effort to get the boundaries right. They sent me the boundary certification in a timely manner. I called a number of surveyors and Eastern Chadrow gave me the best price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a survey done.

I used Eastern Chadrow for a property survey I needed for a township fence permit. This company was extremely easy to work with. My survey was promptly scheduled and completed a few days later. Now if I could only say the same about the townships permit department ????

We needed a survey for our new fence project. Our lot is wooded with a large stream in one corner. A difficult survey to say the least. The Chadrow team went above and beyond our expectations. Researching back to the original corner stone of the sub development put in 34 years ago. And settling a property line dispute that apparently has been raging since before we owned the place 10 years prior. They were honest, hard working, on time and very professional. After the survey they sat down with me and meticulously went over every square foot until I was completely satisfied. Meeting all the Chadrow brothers showed me this was a great team who works very well together. I would highly recommend their services for any size lot or lots. Their equipment was state of the art, handled knowingly and kept in top notch condition. I could tell their experience was obously quite vast the minute they arrived, as I had a lot of questions.
