Dave's Pest Control

Called and spoke to someone about having an evaluation and quote for a rodent problem. They were supposed to take a look at it and call me back with a quote the next day. Its been a week now and they won't even return my calls now.

Probably shouldn't have committed to giving a quote the next day if you were unable to fulfill that promise.

That's because i don't have the man power to get to you not because I'm ignoring you. I am a 1 person operation now and I simply can't get to everyone. I don't think that is justice for a 1 star review of my work though. You are right and I do apologize that I was unable to call you back with your quote I will strive to do better next time and make it more clear that I can't possibly get to everyone instantly and encourage texting more as the quickest way to get a response.

I have always used this company whenever I had any sort of pest/rodent issues. They take pride in their work and it shows in the results. They have always been more than happy to answer any questions I may have. I recommend you give them a try.

Yeah that last guy with the bad review has the wrong person.
Great local family business. They just came and secured all of my vents. It was great connecting with them after 15 years but definitely the wrong company with that review. Doh.

Dave, I am not a competitor but if I were I would be much nicer to my clients. I used your service through a property management. Your guys are nice enough, but you sir are so rude. You dealt with my husband and I got to hear about how you came into our house to sneer at us. You were rude, unprofessional, and would never be welcome to enter my home ever again.

Edit: while I may have your name wrong, it is 100% your company which I’m referring. Just take responsibility. Natasha in the office was the only part about your company that was at all helpful.

*edit: the owner is aggressive and argumentative as well. Creepy that he keeps coming back to my review and begging me to take it down. Steer clear of these folks.

I am very disappointed you were not happy with your service you received but I can promise this if you can tell me your technicians name the owners name or even the property management's name that you used our service through I will see that there is disciplinary action taken. Thank you hope to hear your response soon. They are reviewing the wrong company I don't have any employees currently.

They have never followed thru. Never called my tenants back, never called me back.

I do apologize did we do a job for you or were you trying to reach us?? If you couldn't get a response from us we have been swamped, I never take this long to respond even. If we did a job for you already then usually we wait for you to contact us again. Either way I'm sorry we were not able to please you that you felt we deserved a 1 star review.

I have a dog that goes to work and travels with me all the time and having flea issues at my house can get messy and cause some serious problems. This company has serviced my house 1 to 2 times a year for at least 10 years and my family has never had a problem with fleas or ants. I have seen my neighbors use other companies and they seem to always have issues. Highly recommend this company.
