Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University

This is my go to hotel when passing through Knoxville. The location can't be beat, just a stones throw from market square. Very clean, super friendly staff, and the parking is easy. Rooms are nice and have big windows with good views. They allow dogs which is a huge draw for me and were taking Covid protocols seriously. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolutely exquisite. The staff was wonderful and attentive Mandy our bartender was well above exceptional as well as front end staff Jared. I will come back here in a heartbeat five stars…

Really nice rooms and a really nice hotel. The only issue is having to pay $10.00 to park at the hotels garage. We were told by the front desk that there was free parking a mile away and we could walk back. ? Not very practical when you have a lot of luggage, but whatever..

Great location. One of the best hotel gyms you'll find and great breakfast buffet!

The room is large and clean, front desk is super nice and very efficient. However, they don't require for masks in hotel during the pandemic and the breakfast service is super slow. i waited for more than 30 minutes to get my omelette.

Your hotel offered very comfortable rooms and great customer service.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was unmatched. It was a five star breakfast with excellent service.

I always feel like home when I stay at a crown plaza! Comfy & cozy:) and safe as well! When I have to travel I always look for a crown plaza first! The only bad thing and this was no fault of the hotel was we were not able to check in normal because of knottsville christmas parade all streets were blocked so don't go during that time. Its seems its the first week in December. However Crown Plaza you Rock!!!
