Crowne Plaza Dallas-Market Center - Dallas

Very nice and clean, easy access to shops and downtown Dallas.

I'm mean in all the room is nice it is clean, but our ac didn't work very well woke up to our floor soaked. We think that the ac froze up. The pool is a bit green and nothing heated about it. The bottom of pool had dirt like a lot.

But bed was very comfy best hotel bed I've slept in.

Hi Felisha: Yes the AC pipe in your room broke. It flooded rooms all the way down to the second floor. I am sorry this happened in your room. We have dried the rooms and are repairing the pipe. It was a very big mess! The mattress are SERTA. We had to drain the pool. We do not know what was in the water. We had it tested several days in a row. The tests came back perfect. The water was just cloudy. We were trying to clean it. We finally had to dump it out on Friday so our weekend guest would have clear water to swim in. It takes a while for the water to heat back up after we refill the pool with fresh city water.

We had problems since the second we walked in our room. It had live and dead roaches in the hotel room, there were what looked like bodily fluids on the furniture, the air vent was not even screwed on so it rattled the entire time, someone had previously put a piece of toilet paper there to try to quiet it that kept falling out, the outlets did not work. The front desk was notified and shown videos and pictures and didn't offer us a new room just said they would document it. It has been 3 weeks now and still haven't received a call back from multiple voicemails left with the gm nor have we received our deposit back. Definitely feel like we have been scammed and will not be going back.

Hi Jessica: Your comments are similar to those of Seth. I am trying to locate your reservation. Perhaps it is under another name. I have looked and found a guest with the same last name. I think you were in room 715. Please correct me if I am wrong. I have inspected the room and found no signs of pest activity. I have reviewed our sighting and re[porting log. There has been no previous report of pests in this room. I will have our pest control company treat the room. I need to know who's name the deposit is in to assist you in releasing it. This room does not have a deposit associated with it.

Roaches everywhere I have video evidence, bodily fluids were all over the chair I have video evidence and my deposit wasn't and still hasn't been returned, nasty hotel may as well pay 20 for a street motel

Hi Seth: We certainly do not want pests in our hotel. We use Massey Service to treat our hotel. They do weekly treatment. I will have them treat the area or room if you will let me know where you saw them? I am not able to locate a reservation under your name?

I would recommend this hotel. It's clean and affordable.

My wife and I were in town to visit relatives. We chose this property partly because of location. We typically use HI Express and thought that we would treat ourselves to a different experience with a Crown Plaza. We used points for this stay. I think my 18K points would have been better spent at a different property. This property has a somewhat old and outdated look and feel. The interior had a rather odd dank and musty smell. The AC in the room seemed to struggle with dehumidifying the room. The outside temperature was rather cool; otherwise, I thin the room might have been uncomfortable. Overall, I feel the property is in need of a freshening up and some TLC. The bright spot was the friendly and courteous staff.

Convenient location in Dallas. Hotel is showing some age.
