Add ReviewFantastic staff and hospitality! Beautiful lobby and event areas. Super clean and updated. My "king corner suite" view of the nasty roof left little to be desired but that's my luck. The in room amenities could use a boost but I can't complain at that stellar rate.Report
There was an absolutely gorgeous shared courtyard/park space out back. Right slap in the middle of the hustle and bustle, you'd never guess this serene garden, so perfectly landscaped, was hiding. It was so secluded you didn't even notice or hear the insane construction everywhere surrounding the hotel.
This hotel was kindve a disappointment, had to pay $16 for parking in a dingy parking garage that I had to take 2 elevators to get to. My sheets were dirty in both rooms, always a hair or something on the towels. Tv volume only went up to 40…and had to keep getting a new key each day due to the server being down. Definitely wouldn't stay here again, but the lobby and backyard was very nice! Location was great as well, right across the street from the mall and lots of restaurants.Report
We've stayed at an array of luxury hotels around the world for business and pleasure, including a great many IHG properties. We were hoping to bring in a big group of fam and friends for New Year's 2022. But I just called to make sure I accurately understand their security deposit policy. And yup! The front desk girl just confirmed the idiocy! They hold $90 PER DAY for incidentals!!! Y'all got that? PER DAY. Not a flat rate deposit like sensible hotels do. We're looking to book for 7 nights across the end of Dec. thru early Jan. There's more than 60 of us, so we're not talking 2 or 3 rooms here. But I promptly let the front desk lady know: NO THANK YOU! Because as the organizer of this trip, I know my people are not gonna tolerate this kind of nonsense. That's a $630 ($90x7 nights) per room charge of funds trapped on everybody's credit card...an authorization that could take over a week to be released after we check out. Here's the thing: Businesses that can't afford to shoulder the normal burden of risk without passing on unreasonable demands to the customer need to rethink whether they're solvent enough to be in business!!! I'm sure the nearby Marriott and Westin properties love getting all the would-be Crowne Plaza business from this kind of outlandish policy. This is not normal for IHG, and I hope they will soon wake up and realize that the loss of revenue is a much greater cost than whatever nominal costs they incur for incidentals. I've worked in a few luxury hotels. The vast majority of guest stay and leave without incident. But better luck next time, Crowne Plaza. You guys just lost a huge sale! :-(Report
For a 4 star hotel I expected better. The room was not clean upon arrival. I would not use again.Report
Really nice hotel but has hidden costs. Similar to Las Vegas hotels. Location works. Nice room. Got extra points from the wife for a good choice.Report
Great placeReport
It's a nice place if your into more business than leisure. The staff is very friendly too.Report
This hotel has the best lobby and common areas of all the hotels I have stayed in, in Sandy Springs. My suite was very nice, a little simple compared to the lobby, but the bed and bedding were super plush and comfy, and the furniture was adequate. I love the goat's milk cosmetic. Will definitely choose this place againReport
I booked one of their fancier rooms as a surprise for my wife's birthday dinner with friends at a fancy restaurant nearby. She was very impressed by its initial appearance walking in but found lots of areas that could be improved to make it worth the cost. The bed was nice but their was nothing else to make us feel like we were at a "home away from home". There were no napkins, paper towels, dishes, fancy furnishings or anything else needed for a truly "comfortable" stay. For the increased cost I would rather have stayed in a standard room.Report
Wonderful hotel. A beautiful venue. Would be great for a family reunion. A wedding was going on here when we arrived. Just wish they had a coffee & tea station available for anyone in the mornings without having to go to the restaurant.Report
