The Hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and people were very nice except for the fact when i asked if there was a breakfast when i checked in and was told yes, starts at 6:30. Went downstairs at 6:45 and there was no breakfast on Sundays. If i had known that, i would have gotten up earlier so i could go find somewhere before i went to airport.

Nice place to stay. Good ppl, and centrally located. An easy walk to a lot of good food, and very close to Back Bay Station, so you can catch Amtrak or T trains there. I am a light sleeper, but had no problems here; the elevator is quiet, so if it is near your room, I promise you won't notice.

okay location, but plenty of other hotels around us to pick from. Rooms are extremely small, walls are paper thin. Can hear every conversation in the hall and every door opening and closing. Can also hear every noise outside. One night had a drunk guy trying to get into our room at 2am. For the price, not worth it at all. Much better options around the area, pick somewhere else!

Not very fancy, but clean and comfortable, and everything worked properly. That's what I want when I travel for business.

No complaints room was clean staff were efficient. We experienced no problems with room maybe a bigger selection of breakfast items would help. Parking in Boston to expensive.

We stumbled across this hotel in looking for a Back Bay/Copley Square location. I loved its boutique historic hotel feel. Our bed was very comfortable and our floor was so quiet. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Considering the high cost to stay in Boston, it was a good value.
