Another company treated our house, but the carpenter ants just continued to come. Finally gave up trying to get thru their corporate scheduling of techs and did research. Colonial reviews were stellar. Called and obtained immediate services. So far after more than a week no more ants!!!
Very happy that we jumped companies!

Very professional and also educated us and helpful hints/ideas. Great response and service. Along with great pricing. They took care of our problems in the winter with mice and now bee’s. Such a great company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5 PLUS STARS ??

I’ve had a mouse problem for a while and Colonial Pest seems to have solved it. 3 weeks after their visit, I no longer hear the pitter patter of tiny feet.

They were upfront on the phone and were able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The tech was professional and thorough, he checked the outside of the house twice and covered up all the holes. He also added some poison mouse bait traps that children and pets can’t access.

I am very likely going to sign up for their semi annual plan, to ensure the holes remain plugged and no new ones appear.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She inspected inside and outside the house, explained what she was seeing, and told me things I could do to help prevent future problems. She found I did not have a problem with one of the pests I thought I had and treated for the ones I did, Thus saving me money and solving the problem. I will definitely use Colonial pest control again.

We have been loyal Colonial Pest Control customers for over 5 years. When we first started, we had a terrible ant issue. Now, we mostly just have them come out twice a year for a maintenance. Occasionally, we might get a new ant colony that pops up. It's super easy to set up an appointment and they always show up on time. The are friendly, polite, very thorough, knowledgable and, most of all, EFFECTIVE! Thanks, Michelle for your service to our home this year!
