I had an emergency and needed cleaning the same day I called. They came through for me after I contacted about 10 - 15 other companies who were unresponsive or were not able to help. The cleaning was great and the two girls were friendly and efficient. This is a great company!!!

The crew did a great job finding all the hair and dust! Blinds have never been so clean.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this cleaning service. I was present when the cleaners were there and they asked if everything was good at the end. I took a look and noticed there was still a lot of dust on the ceilings fans and asked them to re-clean them. After they left, I took a Swiffer to the fans and it was covered in dust. Then, after more inspection I realized the floors weren't thoroughly cleaned and there were dust pockets in every corner. Along with cob webs still in the corners of the walls. I won't list everything but I'm very disappointed with the service. Their 24 re-clean policy isn't helpful when you have guests coming in the same day. I had to re-clean it myself.

The team was thorough and very responsive. It was great that I could communicate with them via text on the day of cleaning since I wasn't home. They made move out cleaning simple and easy.
