I am a Multi Dimensional Therapist, incorporating many different modalities into my integrative healing approach to therapeutic body work. Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Medical Qi Gong, Visionary CranioSacral Therapy, Meditation, Chakra Alignment, Energy Balancing and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing are used in the sessions to balance and harmonize the different bodies - physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual- so that traumas are potentially released and the ego softened.
