Chem-Dry of Richmond

We had Chem-Dry out to clean our carpets last week. Our technician was Mike. He was extremely professional. He was right on time and he first went through everything he was going to clean to be certain we were all in agreement, explained the types of stains that may or may not come out and why. I had questions about one item in particular and he tested it to show me the results I could expect before he moved forward. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the job that was done and will call on Chem-Dry again.

Corey was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned our carpets well. We have a Golden Retriever and he got up a lot of fur which our vacuum cannot. We will continue to use Chem Dry for all of our carpets and have for years! Great service and it is easy to make appointments!

They are rude and disrespectful. Scott Paschall was very misleading about their ability to clean the carpet, and they did not get the stains out. Do not waste your money with this company.

He came in and assessed the areas that needed cleaning and gave us the best sale price available. He was not only professional in all of his work and communication, our carpet looked amazing! We have used Chem-Dry of Richmond to clean our carpets for years. We believe the processes they use are the best for our carpets. We are very pleased with their services, results and highly recommend them. This month, Michael was the technician. We were very pleased with him: great attitude, skills, suggestions as to what was needed, and the services he provided. He was able to clean one spot that we have had for years. Excellent job! The offer to clean so many rooms for a special price provided the encouragement we needed to schedule the services.
