Dr. Chapin and his staff are so kind and caring. I always felt comfortable and at ease each time I visited his office. Dr. Chapin did an amazing job with the procedures that I had done. I feel and look beautiful ( haven’t felt that way in a long time) I would give him 10 stars if I could. Dr. Chapin and his team are true professionals. I highly recommend him. He also called me personally to check in to see how I was doing the evening after my procedures. I was made to feel that if I had any concerns I could reach out at any time.

All the staff is very professional and friendly! Dr. Chapin is the best very honest and great at what he does! I have no complaints at all! I would 100% recommend his business! I am very satisfied and grateful. A life changing experience.

Dr. Chapin is one of a kind. He has a great talent and dedication to what he does. He is so professional, kind, attentive, and a genuinely nice person. He is perfectionist in his work and he made a perfect job for me. I could not ask for more and could not be more grateful. I reached out to Chapin Aesthetics on March 1st through their website because I wanted to inquire about treatment options for an old accident scar that has become more pronounced over the years. I received a response from their Practice Director (via email) within 24 hours. She asked me to send a picture of the scar so she could consult with Dr. Chapin and the aesthetic nurses. I sent pictures on March 2nd and received no confirmation of receipt, so I followed up on March 6th to make sure she received the photos. She responded same day and confirmed receipt, and stated "I'm hoping to show Dr. Chapin today." Again, I heard nothing so I followed up again by email on March 16th. Still no response. I followed up one last time on March 28th and have yet to receive a response from the PD. If their Practice Director can't take the time to follow up with a potential client, I think it's a clear sign I should take my business elsewhere. I'm glad others had a good experience, but I sadly did not.

Dr. Chapin is so welcoming and an amazing surgeon. I had a full body lift after massive weight loss. Everything went perfectly. I had a lot of anxiety and unwarranted fear. It was all for nothing. The surgery went perfectly. I followed all the directions to the letter which I believe is very important if you want a positive outcome. It’s about the entire process and all that skill your surgeon put forth can be quickly reversed if you don’t adhere to the post surgery care. I’m ecstatic with my results. I will recommend Dr. Chapin and his caring, wonderful staff every opportunity I get??????????

If you are looking for a doctor for your teen daughter who is caring and can comfort your teen with anxiety, then look no further, Dr. Chapin is your guy! My daughter needed a mole removed on her chin and her anxiety hit the roof right before her procedure. Dr. Chapin was amazing and knew exactly what to do to calm her down. First, I was allowed back with her through the entire procedure, every staff member was AMAZING at answering her questions, explaining everything, and making us feel at ease. Dr. Chapin helped her to calm herself by showing her how to breathe all while going through the procedure and didn’t even break a sweat! I was kinda jealous he was able to do all of that like it was nothing! I would highly recommend Dr. Chapin to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon!
