Rebecca answered the phone quickly. It is always nice to reach a "real person"! She was able to access my account information and answer my question. She was very professional, and I felt I was receiving great service.

Chad Burtch State Farm gave me by far the best auto coverage for the best price. George and Gustavo are incredibly patient and informative. After 6 months I've already gotten a significant auto discount with their Drive Safe and Save Program! Great customer service and great value- Chad Burtch State Farm is the way to go!

Since I'm old and haven't gotten caught up in this "social media" stuff, I had nowhere to go when asked to let the business know what my vehicle's mileage was. I called in and got ahold of Taylor. She was very helpful. She gave me information about using my cell phone, which I don't use on a regular basis, to send the information. However, she said she would take the information needed so I would not need to bother with my cell phone. Thank You Taylor.
