BrightFire

Brightfire is hands down the best insurance website solutions company I have used. I tried ITC, Leadsurance, and FMG suite and Brightfire built a more visually appealing site for less money, in less time, and with better customer support. Because I am so happy with my site I am quickly upgrading my plan to include the SEO management, Social Media Marketing, and Local Listings package. I highly recommend Brightfire.

We have been working with Brightfire since early 2018 and are very pleased with their service. Recently, we selected Brightfire to handle all of our Social Media and I'm thrilled with our results. They are very responsive and helpful going well above what is required assisting me anytime I need help. Highly recommended!!!

They over promised and under delivered. After I canceled my website they continued to charge my credit card. Do not do business with this company.

Sam, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. As you can see from our other reviews, that is not a common experience. After reviewing your situation with the team, we did make an error and I apologize. When you cancelled our service, we failed to remove you from our automated billing system so it charged you for your next month. You informed us on May 1 about the additional charge and then we refunded the charge on the same day. Again I apologize for our error and wish you the best.

BrightFire customer support is 5 star, they respond quickly and work hard to satisfy your request. Tim and Chris are great to work with, and there talent shows in there work.

Brightfire has been the best company I've worked with when it comes to value, support and responsiveness. As I've worked as an outside consultant for a marketing take-over -- they've helped to completely redesign and focus our online efforts in a timely manner. I'd recommend them to anyone.
