I purchased out of state so the process was a little slow. But the salesman and manager were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I'm super happy with the purchase.

Update: 17 Dec 2021. I have yet to receive my title or license plates - nearly 4 months later. I've called / emailed the sales manager numerous times and I get the same excuse and runaround. It's in the hands of a third party. At this point I'm looking for an attorney to recover the nearly $5000 that I paid in tax, title, and registration fees. Perhaps if you are in-state you will have better luck but if you are out of state I would avoid this dealer.

Excellent customer service. We bought Honda CRV from them the car is amazing. David Hernandez was amazing He did the best for us. The sells manager was great too.

tried to call email a bunch of times. Even emailed the General manager "vince" to make an appointment to buy a car but get no calls back no emails back. Pretty craZy - maybe they are just that busy. Was going to drive a while as well but no responses guess ill go elsewhere….

BUYERS BEWARE! While I do love my car, outside of buying it, it has been a struggle trying to work with BMW of Atlantic City. I purchased my vehicle over 4 months ago and still do not have my state license plate. (Could have had it the same day at a local auto-tag shop)

This dealership had no issues taking my money, but when it comes to returning my calls or providing any updates, they are useless. David Nehmad, consistently passed the blame on other departments/people and promised to call back, only to never do so. Very dissatisfied with the overall service at BMW of AC… Still waiting.

A few days ago my 18 year old son found a BMW on their website he liked. He and his friend went to this dealership and they were pleasantly greeted by Client Advisor Mark Kaminski. Typically a sales person wouldn't take the time to speak with young people, but Mark did. He answered my son's questions and showed him the vehicle. Today we bought the car. We were very impressed with the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism we received from Mark.

As far as the sales process: extremely frustrating! Three times I had to enter our personal information into their website. Couldn't get straight answers without waiting a ridiculous amount of time at the dealership. It appears that the sales force are not given the adequate tools to properly perform their jobs.

The closing process was smooth and efficient. Andy did a very professional job explaining all of the documents and kept it moving at a steady pace while giving me the opportunity to read everything before I signed.

In the end, we are happy with the car and all of the people we encountered, however their sales process leaves a lot to be desired.

Well 5 months ago i went to look at a BMW. Mike Ramos immediately introduce himself and it was a great experience from there on. Well 5 months later I'm back at the dealership because of a problem with the car i had bought. Well Mike Ramos treated my problem with great concern and he made it possible for me to trade my car and get another one. What a great experience it was and his attention to detail was on point. I have been very lucky with any car that I have owned: Yet, the main reason that switched my preference from Audi to BMW was the BMW of Atlantic City's sales team! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive group, especially Mr. Mark Kaminski and Roy Powers. In addition to a great job done with the sale process, Mark went out of his way to accommodate my husband and my crazy schedule to help us with our car selection! He is a true asset and a great representation of BMW! The service department is top notch. Jennifer and Dave H in service are role model employees and truly an asset to the company!

My husband and I have purchased two BMW's from this place, never really had an issue, we're always treated nice but I have to say our salesman was just sub-par. It's been three months and we're still waiting for our tags, our salesmen has sent three emails requesting proof of insurance-all three times his request has been fulfilled! Tried calling the dealership and no one picks up the phone. Customer service on the back end of the deal is just as important as the day you walk in to purchase a vehicle.
