It was a pleasure being a tenant for the duration of my college semester with Blackstone Williams. I definitely recommend it to any BU or NEU students looking for a really nice, furnished place downtown

John Becker has been an amazing realtor. He has routinely helped me find the best available housing within the city of Boston. He is responsive and quick to help. I would definitely recommend working with him.

I lived in a building managed by Blackstone Williams for two years, and from the moment I moved in (and during the apartment hunt beforehand), everyone on the BWP team was very professional and responsive. The maintenance team and Peter were especially quick to respond to any issues that arose.The one wrinkle in my experience working with them was the owner of the building I lived in, 507 Beacon Street. Any time the owner was involved in decision it became a painful process. I'd recommend their services in a minute, but be more inclined to recommend another building they manage.

I have rented from Blackstone since I came to Boston for Law school in 2013. They are a great management company and have always responded to my questions in a quick manner. Michelle has always been incredibly professional, kind and willing to help. Also, whenever I have needed a repair or something in the apartment looked at Peter, their Director of Facilities, has always responded/acted in an incredible fast manner. They have always been on top of cleaning/maintaining the common areas/laundry unit as well. I would 100% recommend renting from them.

I've lived in at least 10 different buildings in Boston since starting college in Boston, and not one has been run as professionally as the apartment I've lived in for the last 8 years, managed by Blackstone Williams.

Most importantly:

-Apartments are extremely clean, I never saw a mouse or any sort of bug in 8 years. This is extremely rare for any Boston apartment.

-Any type of issue is resolved immediately. I had carpet replaced with tile, refrigerator replaced, and any other sort of minor details taken care of within a day. The staff is extremely friendly and the best I've worked with by far.

-The buildings are maintained well. A cleaner came every week to vacuum common areas. The rent was fair with very few price increases over time. Additional services were provided, often at below cost, such as mounting a television in my room. Enormously convenient that the company can assist with these types of tasks.

I highly recommend the Blackstone Williams team, and would rent from again in a heartbeat.

Blackstone Williams is a delight to work with! As a tenant, I feel like they value my feedback and will go the extra mile to work with me. I've lived her for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with each staff member. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this leasing agency to any friends and family.

Amazing management! Can't complain, very well organized and professional from day one. I highly recommend Blackstone to anyone looking for a hassle-free living situation. I can share that one time when I had to move overseas under special circumstances and they worked with me in order to keep my amazing studio on Marlborough St while I was abroad. Big thanks to the entire team, Tony, Andrew and Michelle!

Blackstone Williams is a great company to rent with. I have had a studio apartment with them for almost 3 years now and they have always been very quick to respond to and address any problems or issues I have had, no matter how small. All the staff I have encountered are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Blackstone Williams to anyone!
