Sale staff that assisted me was very helpful, patient, and gave me good recommendations. I was glad to find a bike for my daughter that is well built yet affordable, thanks to the holiday sales. I feel confident she will love this bike for a very long time.

Had a small issue with the brakes on my mtn bike so ran into the service department and Alex was able to help me as always. Very courteous and super helpful. I can rely on the Bike Mart service teams to keep me going down the road whether it be paved or off road.

This is an extraordinary local bike shop. Best selection by far. Biggest and best service department by far. Only bike store I found with a great used bike selection .

I like that the guys who work back in the service dept explain things to me. They fix the bike, but they also tell me what was wrong, why it may have gotten that way and what i might do to avoid or lessen the impact for next time.
