The vet was very knowledgeable and concerned about my animals problems. The mobile vet service is so convenient as my cat hates carriers.

Dr. Coughlin was very communicative and caring with my cat. The BetterVet system is transparent and easy to use. So thrilled to have her and the team to check in on my cat who is extremely difficult to get in a carrier to make vet visits simple and painless.

Dr. Carolyn Santore of BetterVet was fantastic. I love the convenience of the service first of all. It fits my lifestyle perfectly. Ordering was easy, and I wasn't charged until the services were provided. They came earlier than my scheduled appointment, and tried calling me to make me aware however I didn't have my phone on me. But it was fine. They took great care of my dog and answered all my questions. They got her caught up on her shots and everything without me leaving my home. I love the service and hope they add teeth cleaning very soon. I plan on using them for my pet care going forward and I'd recommend them to anyone, especially those that are far from good veterinarians or have challenges traveling to and from a vet.

Thank you for your feedback, Karen! It warms our hearts that we could provide an easy and convenient option for your pet.

We have 5 dogs so getting all of them to the Vet is challenging and very stressful. I saw an advertisement for Better Vet on Social Media and thought that I would give it a try.
Getting set up on the Better Vet app was very easy, so was adding my card and dogs, luckily for me there’s no limit on dogs added.
I was able to get a wellness check for 3 of my dogs booked within a week and a few reminders were sent to me. I had no idea what to expect once the Vet arrived and my expectations were exceeded!!
Dr. Santore and her assistant Tara were friendly and kind from the moment they arrived until they left. Dr. Santore and Tara were very sweet and knowledgeable to my 3 dogs. Tara had plenty of treats ready for my dogs when Dr. Santore was ready to give them their vaccines. I told both Dr. Santore and Tara that they were our Angels and have made our life a little easier. I will recommend Better Vet to all family and friends!!

Dr Santore and Tara Bronlow were excellent with Atlas my eighty pound Rottweiler. Both were calm and professional and thorough in their assessment. Having them both come to our home decreased Atlas’ anxiety and led to a better experience for him.

Our vet is awesome. She was on time. Spent time checking my other cat also. Prescribed medications needed which she had with her. It was over all an excellent experience Dr. Coughlin is the best. Will not only refer her but will definitely use her in the future. Believe me you can't go wrong. My cats were very calm. They were not all freaked out which was the best part. Thanks so much Dr Julia Coughlin. You rock.
