Very unethical. They charged me for things I did not approve. Talk to them about my bill and all they had to say is they will talk to the practice manager because the problem has been with several clients.
While I take the ding with the bill. SO not good management. MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAR WITH YOU. Record it maybe!
