Room was ok and clean, overpriced for the overall. Service of staff was a joke or just overall not existent. It was always a hassle it felt from start to end. If you want to feel safe while you stay or at least you feel like you're somewhat of a priority, this isn't your hotel. The staff doesn't care at all or at least the front end desk. We stay one night and in the morning we discovered that my car had been hit by another, I asked the manager and front end clerk to call the police my car was hit, they didn't do that and instead brushed me off. We had to call the police ourselves and found out their cameras don't work/record. We will not be coming back and disappointed as the safety and security of their guests isn't a concern nor their customer service.

From the moment I arrived at I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at the front desk were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest.

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by your staff. Every interaction, be it with the housekeeping team, the concierge, or the restaurant staff, was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Great place to stay in the area. Very clean and friendly staff. Quieter rooms are even # in the newest section. Road noise can be heard from time to time in odd #’d rooms but nothing horrible. Just a recommendation.

I am usually so happy with Holiday Inns but this one left me disappointed. The toilet had urine on it and it took housekeeping over 40 minutes to come clean it, that I wiped it up myself so we could use the bathroom after hours pf driving. We had to request extra towels both days. There was a clump of hair on the floor in the pool area, that was still there on the second day of our stay. There was a soaked thrpugh ceiling tile in the entrance by our room

when we left there was a big blower in there to dry it out. The room served its purpose and breakfast was great, but I don't think I would stay in this location again

Just wanted to take some time away from a busy life. This location was close to home but far enough to get away. It was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and it’s close to everything. I’ll be staying again in 3-6 months.

Manager was not very caring about wife falling, when I addressed this issue on check out didn’t care at all made up excuses and still didn’t address the issue
All had to was take some care in guest and make sure she was ok but no that didn’t happen

we stayed and tile floors were wet with mop water no signs, my wife fell and nobody check up on her during our stay no concern if she was ok or not , talk with them after we checked out no apology or care or concern ,

This is a great place to stay with large rooms to relax in. It was really clean & the housekeeper came in everyday to clean the room. Breakfast was off the chain with a variety of foods.
