Bay Valley Contractors replaced our existing 40 year old concrete tile roof with a Boral metal roof. My wife and I had a bit of sticker shock at signing, but we didn't shop them based on feedback we obtained from their customers in Western Contra Costa County and the excellent ratings we viewed online. Bottom line, we are more than pleased, and we ended up feeling the cost was fair and represented an A#1 quality roof. Their protection of our driveway, product delivery protocol and cleanup was 100%+. We highly recommend them!

They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied at every step along the way. We will definitely call them again for our next home improvement project!

They did a thorough job replacing one roof and repairing another. The result looks nice and has survived the last major rainstorm without problem.

My Uncles roof had a leak from somewhere. I was offered Bay Valley Contractors by one of the reference apps and accepted their invitation.
The estimator came to the job location exactly when our appointment was made. The estimator inspected the roof, explained the probable problem and gave me an estimate for work.
Bay Valley office contacted me and arranged a date for the work done. I was contacted about a possible earlier date and the work was done then. There workers repaired the roof, left no mess and no damage to gutters, etc.
I am extremely satisfied by their work and would not hesitate to contract with them again!

From start to finish, Bay Valley was great. All onsite staff was professional and friendly. At the end of each day they made sure the site was properly cleaned and all the day’s debris taken away. We learned a lot about roofs in this process and know we made the right decision. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Bay Valley Contractors if you are considering a very professional team to replace an existing roof. The initial presentation of their products was very thorough. All the work is done by their own company. Nothing is subcontracted out. They must undergo extensive training and maintain their qualifications to install IB roofs. They also carry insurance for their workers to protect home owners if an injury occurs on the job. From start to finish, each step of process from removing the old roof, to possible additional dry rot not initially seen was discussed in advanced. We were very pleased with the instillation of the seamless gutters around the house. The project completion date was met. The roofers were ready to start each morning at 7am sharp. The project manager was on site each day to supervise the work.
They were very friendly, polite and cleaned up around our property each day before they left for the day. We had the roof inspected my our insurance company and from the company who authorized Bay Valley to install their IB products. Both inspections passed with flying colors. If you want the best....expect to pay it! But...there are financing programs available that helped us to get our roof done. Our house was significantly cooler this summer and we dropped $200 on our PG&E bill!!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. They worked with me for pricing and through all the details to make sure I understood and was happy with everything related to my roofing job.
