I had been looking at various online sources to purchase a ring. I kept coming back to Barkev's site because of the unique design of their rings. After asking numerous questions, all of which were graciously answered by Vatche, I decided to place my order. On top of the stellar customer service, Vatche was able to rush my order so that I could propose to my girlfriend on a trip to Nice, France. My now fiance absolutely loves her ring, cannot stop looking at it, and receives a lot of comments about its unique design. Overall, an amazing experience! Thank you Barkev and thank you Vatche!

I found Barkev's site through a general Google search and was enamored with many of their engagement rings. I'm from So Cal but live in Nor Cal so I had some rings shipped to a local jeweler in order to try them on. I soon learned they have a program where you can have a sample ring shipped directly to you with a security deposit. Trying several styles on in the comfort of my own home was so great!
In time, I picked the ring of my dreams that perfectly suits me and my Sweetie. Our experience with the customer service was phenomenal. Vatche promptly responded to my emails, was available via phone for finalizing things and his pleasant and kind attention was astounding. Vatche goes above and beyond... it is obvious that his heart is in his work.

What can I say, my necklace and ring are gorgeous. I absolutely love everything about it. I get so many compliments on everywhere I go. Dealing with Barkev was great. A few years ago, my girlfriend and I were talking about engagement rings. We browsed the internet and she showed me the types of rings she was interested in. She singled out a ring from Barkev’s and said, “Of all the rings we’ve seen, that is the one I want the most.” I remembered that and saved the picture.
After a few years, our love grew more and more. I knew the time was right to purchase the ring. Our life had taken us to Taiwan so I was worried it would be difficult to have the ring sent to us. I reached out to Barkev’s via email and was contacted by Vatche. Vatche responded to my every question and provided great service.
Barkev’s ships internationally so they had no problem shipping the ring to Taiwan. I felt very confident purchasing the ring with the details received.
It took about 3 weeks for Barkev’s to assemble the ring and 2 weeks to ship. When the ring came in I was so excited to give it to my girlfriend and when I proposed I knew all the anxiety was worth it when I heard her say “Woah” and “Yes, that’s the ring I wanted!” The ring from Barkev’s was the cherry on top of the proposal. Thank you Barkev’s for creating a beautiful symbol of our love that we will cherish forever.

I bought an Aquamarine necklace from their website and I'm absolutely in LOVE! The necklace arrived on time in a a beautiful box. The quality is impeccable. The look and feel are simply amazing. I'm getting a ton of compliments on the necklace. the picture doesn't do it justice! I highly recommend this place if you like good quality jewelry.
