Bamboo Athletics was specifically created to help busy individuals who lack accountability and need a push. We do that by providing weight loss coaching through: Personal and Small Group training, Nutritional Coaching, Fit based homework challenges, and yoga. We have early morning A.M. classes for the 9 to 5 crowd and after work P.M. classes as well. Our Personal training services are opened 24/7 with the exception of Friday and Saturday.
