AZ Limo

We have had so many issues this year: connecting attendees to the drivers, not updating transfers due to delays and drivers leaving pick ups without notification.
This last pick up was so bad. I gave each attendee the exact pick up directions given to me by the company and when they called as directed no one answered. When I landed in Phoenix and turned on my phone I had 10 messages regarding this exact issue. When I texted the company, Joe, the owner as he stated, was quick to call me. As I was still sitting on the plane he proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault for the issues and no one had called them. I tried to explain to him they did and I have 3 screenshots I could send him but he was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. He even told me he didn't care about the money and I was more of a headache then he cared to deal with. Mind you, our invoice was prepaid - $3,835 but he was ready to leave passengers stranded. I have never had someone be so rude. He asked me how I was going to fix the issues. I was completely dumbfounded. I ended up staying at the airport an extra 45 mins to ensure out next group found the bus and ensure the last doctor pick up had the correct instructions - which were completely different than what was originally given to me to communicate to the attendees.

This company has been great in past years and Jacob is great to work with as most of the drivers. Unfortunately something has changed with scheduling and communication this year and hopefully they figure it out before losing more business.

Perfect experience. Brad made certain we enjoyed the ride. We will be traveling more now, and great to know we have a go to resource for airport transportation. We will recommend AZ Limo at every opportunity. Thank you to Brad for the friendly encounter.
