nice shop but when you say hello to the employees and they stare at you without responding to your salutation something is wrong. another female attendant was following me at every step I took in the shop avoiding eye contact or any form of verbal engagement. what is this?????

Not friendly staff, very rude, one lady working in the front went as far as to call me disgusting for some reason. Received very dirty looks from the whole staff except for one, definitely will never spend a penny in this place.

Wow customer service here is second to none. I ordered online, and unfortunately had to wait a while before sparco products arrived from factory (thank you covid). The whole time Aline was amazing. Regularly keeping me updated on my order progress, making sure I was happy. Could not ask for such amazing attention to detail. Then when they arrived at Autocraze, they sent them out to me. The very next day they arrived, unbelievable! I'm so happy I choose to order from here. And I will be doing so for the future.

My goto place for auto parts. They nearly always have what I'm looking for. Very modestly priced.
