Mark did an amazing installation of the new windshield. My car is a 1974 Dodge Challenger and the other glass provider my Insurance company recommends stated they couldn't do old cars. I made an appointment early in the week to come in and have my windshield replaced. At this time I told them I was using my insurance and was told to send them an email with my insurance card and they would take care of the rest. I emailed my cards as soon as I was off the phone. My appointment was for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:20am and went to check in and was given a statement for how much everything would cost. I told them everything was going through insurance and that I sent my card in earlier in the week. I was told that they don't do anything with the insurance, I would have to call and have a claim filed and the insurance company would send them the paperwork they needed to do the job. I spent about 20 minutes in my car figuring that out and was lucky enough to get it taken care of quickly. I went back in and got everything signed and was told to hang out in my car and a tech would come grab my car when they were ready for me. This was at about 11:45am. I figured there would be a little bit of a wait, they looked pretty busy. An hour and a half later (1:15pm) I'm still sitting in my car. For an 11:30 appointment. In that time, someone that arrived over an hour after me was brought into one of the bays after waiting only 10 minutes. I went to ask how much longer and was told another 45 minutes to an hour before they'd be ready for me in the bay (plus the time it took to replace). At this point, I had to call an Uber to take me home, as I had other commitments. I was told I would be called when my car was done. They called me at 4:15pm. Almost 5 hours after I arrived there for my scheduled appointment. Everyone that I talked to there was extremely pleasant and friendly, I have no complaints about any of them, they were great! But the complete lack of respect for a customer's time was shocking. What should've been a 2 hour stop (max), turned into a 1.5hr wait, followed by a 25 minute and $30 Uber ride home and a return 30-minute ride to pick up my vehicle, spanning over 5 hours. After I picked up my vehicle, I also noticed they didn't bother (or possible know how) to place the mounting cover back on over the rearview mirror stem that contained all the wires. Despite the positive experience I had with the kind staff, the disregard for customer time will keep me from coming back or recommending to anyone I know.ReportRe: I made an appointment ear ... I was told that they had to order the glass for my window so I was hesitant that they would not have it the morning of my appointment ( call on a Tues appt was on Wed ) but they did! DO NOT GO HERE !!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is horrible and when they mess your vehicle up they will not fix it !! $1200 for a rear window is a lot! Especially when they tear up the rest of your cab doing it ! Scratches , glue finger prints , non working parts in a NEW TRUCK!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !! DO NOT GO HERE !! The front office ( the people in the photos below) is very unprofessional. They do not care about the customers needs. This company ordered the wrong glass for my car. The technician didn't know he was installing the wrong part so he still decides to install the window for almost 2 hours. So now I had to come back the next day early in the morning to get it installed. So I asked her how long will it take for the technician to see my car she stated hr 1.5, then I asked the tech he said 30 minutes. I really feel like she enjoys giving people a hard time which is terrible. What customer wouldn't be annoyed if they spent 2 hours waiting then had to come back the next day bc they ordered the wrong window, then tell me they can't work on my car?????
