When I have guests, I launder the sheets and place them on the bed so the maid will make the bed. This time, I laundered my sheets and forgot to put them on the bed. My maid got them out of the dryer and made the guest bed anyways. THANKS SO MUCH!!!Report

Given that my appointment wasn't put on the schedule, I was amazed at how quickly Ginger resolved the issue. The cleaning ladies, Aleyda & Esme, arrived within minutes of Ginger's confirmation call. I couldn't believe how well prepared the ladies were. They arrived quickly, went straight to work, and left every area of my home cleaner than it was when I moved in. Baseboards and blinds are important to my landlord and the ladies left them looking like new. I would highly recommend Austin's Maid Service and plan to start having my new home cleaned by them regularly!Report
