Dr. Claire Melancon and Gina run a fantastic facility here at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery. Getting to the clinic is super easy, there is accessible parking in the back, and the facility itself is very clean and well-decorated, which makes for both a more easeful and luxurious experience. Additionally, Dr. Melancon is an attentive and personable doctor to be treated by for such a delicate thing as one's face. I can't say enough good things about this female-owned business and I'm excited to return here for many years to come.

Dr Melancon is wonderful! She took the time to listen to my concerns. She asked very specific questions and made sure she understood my answers. She made suggestions but was also very clear that she would only proceed if I was 100% comfortable with her suggestions

Her waiting room and examining rooms are pristine. Though the decor is minimal it is extremely tasteful and calming.

I had a great experience at Dr Melancon's office. Her staff was very welcoming. The space was peaceful and beautifully designed. It was my first time getting Botox and I was definitely nervous. She did a great job of calming my nerves and thoroughly explaining the process. She used a numbing agent before giving me Botox which helped lessen the pain. I also loved that she had sparking water & an espresso bar. I would definitely recommend her!
