Very professional and outstanding quality. Neighbor told me to contact them and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The owner Mr. Hong was very professional and outgoing and straight forward with honest pricing and a worthwhile outcome.

ARCM Roofing Inc. was referred to me by my insurance agent. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional crew. They walked me through the whole process. They upgraded our shingles. The skylights were a good quality / best Velux. The inspection was shown to me on a large iPad. We filed a claim and within two weeks ARCM was installing my roof. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Thanks ARCM Team

ARCM Roofing was one time for the roof inspection. Andrew came out and gave me a free inspection and showed me damages on the roof. He was very professional and gave me a good quality shingle upgrade to a hail resistant shingle which saves me money on my thomeowners Insurance

Hello Ray, I appreciated you taking to your eight properties yesterday. Hail damage came be hard to see from the ground. The four homes that did have hail damage wee pretty beat up from hail during the last storm. Thanks for having ARCM Roofing out! We look forward to working with you!

What can I say about ARCM Roofing's owner, Anthony Hong, he was a delight to talk to, personable and knew his business and fixed the problem (leak around skylight) right away. He took pictures and showed them to us, even though my husband went on the roof with him. He knew I wanted to see the damage also. He was honest and upfront with us and we will definitely use him in the future for our roofing needs.

We had a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling skylight for the past few times it rained or snowed. I contacted 3 Roofing companies that had been recommended by my insurance and looked them up on BBB also.

ARCM Roofing was one of them I called to set up a time when they could take a look at my roof. The Owner, Anthony, was the one who answered the phone when I called late Friday afternoon. I told him of the roof leak, which appeared to be from the skylight area and also told him we were to get another rain storm on Monday. He said he would come out the next day on Saturday, but since my husband wanted to go up on the roof with him and we were going to be gone on Saturday, I told him this wouldn't work. He then offered to come on Sunday, because he said he might be able to fix the leak right away, before the next rain storm. None of the other roofing companies I called offered to come look at it on the weekend. He honestly seemed to care about getting it looked at as soon as possible so it would not cause any further damage.

He came out at the scheduled time, got up looked at my entire roof and around the skylight that the leak was coming from. He fixed the skylight from leaking and also showed some areas of previous small hail damage. He did not recommend that we fix the roof now, but indicated if we get a big hail storm in the future, to keep his company in mind.
