Washer is on the second floor, drain line came off and water damage to the ceiling. Fast response (after hours) with fans and dehumidifiers. Fast repair work completed by the crews. My insurance company was dragging their feet until I got a claims person that actually works at their job. The only negative thing I can say is that I like detailed invoices, showing what was done. They use quick books, very easy to pay and print receipts, I just like detailed billing for records.ReportRe: Washer is on the second f ...
