We had Josh come by our house to take a look at some water damage we experienced in our garage from a leaking water heater. It was free of charge, and rather than making things up and trying to get a quick buck out of us, he explained exactly what to do with the drywall to prevent any mold issues free of charge! He also gave some excellent advice on some other issues I was having in another house! 10/10 would recommend

I had Josh come out and look at some water damage on the bottom trim of a wall in my house. Plumber came out and could not figure it out. Josh took a quick look at it and knew right what the problem was. Told me how to fix it and did not charge me a penny. I won't forget who to call when something like this happens again. I highly recommend this company.!

Had water damage due to a leak. This company was hired to remediate and partner with the flooring repair company to repair the floors. It's now been 2 1/2 months and over 20 visits to complete the work and they still aren't done. They subcontract each small task to a different crew so you never know who is going to show up and the work is really shoddy so they keep having to redo it. The water remediation crew was fantastic but once it got to the repairs, was when the issues began.

Water damage to our new construction home. The guys were out accessing the damage within an hour. Quick easy claim and repair process. Highly recommend.

A week ago we had a flood due to septic plumbing issues and our homeowners insurance provided us with several emergency restoration companies. My wife and I were in a state of panic and as you can imagine we had no idea whom to call. Luckily I picked APR, and boy did I make the right decision. They showed up under a severe storm and immediately took care of the situation. I could not believe the response time considering the weather conditions. The next day I was contacted by the coordinator followed by each member of the staff responsible for all the repairs. I was assured that everything would be taken care off, and they were not kidding. All from mitigation to insurance, to estimates and repairs was clearly addressed and excellently done. The whole staff was always accessible and responded immediately. My wife and I are not only extremely satisfied with APR's performance and professionalism but with their compassion, kindness and fairness. We would like to personally thank Kyle, Ryan, Shane, Hunter, Buddy and the entire staff, they are true professionals and an asset to APR and any organization. THANK YOU...

Ryan, Brett, and David all made me feel super comfortable through the entire restoration process. No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage but this crew made it easy on me. They were quick, efficient, and thorough and very personable. I would highly recommend them for any home restoration needs.
