He provides updated market info and great advice on how to react to the market feedback. He is very skilled and resourceful in negotiating and solving problems to close the deal. His team puts full effort during the critical closing time to monitor the process. He is on top of issues such as repairs to ensure the house passes the inspection. He stays calm and helps us weather through the storm. When you deal with Mike and his team, you deal with a top notch seasoned professional and a group of very nice people. Highly recommended!!

We were referred to Anderson Hicks through a search on Trulia/Zillow. We were hoping to look at a house in another state after working with a realtor in our current state. We were directed to one of Anderson Hicks' agents Adam, who helped us look through a number of houses virtually. He was very thorough and made us very comfortable with putting an offer on a house we haven't seen except virtually. Mike Hicks was the most helpful and knowledgeable realtor we've ever worked with. He made sure we took everything into consideration before making a decision without making us feel any pressure.
