AmeriPro Roofing

i have had roof replaced on six of my properties in the past 5 years and have used Ameripro for this process. Chris K, my sales representative has been excellent supporting me in working with the insurance company. He has really made it is easy as the homeowner during the whole process. i would highly recommend Chris and AmeriPro Roofing.

I would like to thank the entire staff at AmeriPro in the Charlotte area. The representatives that came by and explained that in August there was wind and hail damage from a hurricane in our neighborhood were super professional and very informative. Headed up by Kate, they went above and beyond what I had expected. Initially when I submitted my claim to my insurance, the adjuster actually denied my claim but Kate and her staff went to bat for me and provided details that my third party inspector missed (or purposely failed to report) to my insurance adjuster and they immediately approved my repairs. If it were not for Kate and her staff I would not be able to get a new roof even though I was missing a shingle from the damage. If you were initially denied from this damage, you need to speak with Kate at AmeriPro. She and her staff will work extremely hard to determine the amount of damage from this storm and go to bat for you when the insurance company adjuster is stubborn (especially if they use a third party inspector). Outstanding front end detective work. I can't wait to see their finished product soon!!!

They came to my door a couple months after a hail storm, seeking approval to inspect roof for hail damage. They said there was plenty of damage and called my carrier to file claim. Claim filed, inspection completed by adjuster, not enough damage. I asked them to inspect sunroom roof because it was leaking, their inspector said adjuster said there was not enough damage? The roof is leaking? Not happy with service

Door to door salesmen ignore no soliciting signs. I see that they have ignored multiple complaints about this. I would not use them.

These guys are amazing, honest and really made my life easy when needing to replace my foot before winter comes. I highly recommend them

I had a great experience working with David Larson, originally a roof replacement was denied and because of his knowledge of Ohio Laws he was able to submit the required documents to my insurance company to get my roof replacement approved. I would recommend the Dublin office and David to friends for Roof inspection and installation if needed. Roof installation is in process at the time of review.

Ameripro offered great service that was explained every step of the way. Two of their employees, Zac and Dave performed their inspection thoroughly but efficiently. Their service did not end there however, they walked us through filing a claim while being advocates for my wife and I when dealing with the insurance agent and claims adjuster. They were also able and eager to answer any questions my wife and I had along the way. If you are in need of a citing, gutter, and or roof inspection and repair give Ameripro a call, you won't regret it!

I can't say more than what the other reviews said. Seriously, they were a great crew, on time, cleaned up everything before they left, you couldn't tell that my roof was replaced as far as any debris in the yard. My roof looks great!! So glad we used Ameri Pro!

Installation was on time and done quickly. The sales representative was deceptive and difficult to find after the contract was signed. I was never sure what was covered unless I called the home office
