The carpet tech called in advance and actually came early. He was polite and very thorough. Even though it was late afternoon and he still had another appointment to go to, he did not cut corners or act rushed. The carpet turned out great and we are very pleased with the experience.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning.

No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. I am very unhappy with the $5 fuel charge. Apparently it's for cover fuel for the machinery while running to clean the carpet. So I paid extra to have them clean the carpet, that they already priced for cleaning. As polite and professional as the workers were, I will never use this company again.
