They explained the process and dealt with the insurance company. Very happy with the installation team - efficient, friendly and worked a long day to complete the roof before the storm. And they cleaned perfectly!

I had a great experience using Aegis. Our salesman Mike Ciccotti walked my wife and I through all the steps with insurance and was able to get our claim approved for roof damage. The roofers tore off and replaced in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend taking a meeting with aegis to inspect your damaged roof.

Carmen Curio is our contractor he is very professional, he worked with us in explaining everything with great detail . He always answers our phone calls and is willing to stop by to make sure we're understanding the process. We will be recommending Carmen to family and friends for sure .

5+ stars! We can’t thank the team at Aegis enough! The entire process from start to finish was seamless! We worked with Carm who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and a job well done. He came along with a team member to do an initial inspection, gave us an overview of next steps and became the middle man with our insurance company so we didn’t have to go back and forth ourselves, what a relief! We have a 100 year old bungalow in Chicago and had a couple layers of roofs on it with some leaking, so this new install was beyond needed! The install team was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up perfectly - they were sure to check the neighbors yards / area as well. A project manager came a few days later to do another check as well! Thank you again, will absolutely use in the future for other various projects!

Juan Flores did a great job with our project. He helped us all the way through the process. Worked with the insurance company and kept me updated. Aegis construction did a timely and clean job.

Aegis and it’s representative’s made what I thought was going to be a lengthy and labor intensive process from my part surprisingly seamless. A representative came to our home, inspected, and showed me clear evidence of previous storm damage. I called an adjuster, gave him some details pertinent to my home and insurance policy and the Aegis Rep. took it from there. A few days later the adjuster called and set an appointment, I called the Aegis Rep. who handled the Adjuster’s inspection. The claim was approved and all I really needed to do was choose the color of the shingles. Within a few weeks a crew of very professional and courteous workers came to our dwelling and quickly removed and replaced the roof and gutters while paying special attention to both cleanliness and respecting our home. This is perhaps the third time I have ever had a roof replaced on a dwelling and most certainly the easiest and least inconvenient I have ever had. Any company is only as good as the representatives and workers they provide, I myself have been in construction for almost 40 years so I speak not only as a customer but also as seasoned professional in the trades, and both parties of the Aegis group were exceptional in my opinion. They are most certainly deserving of the 5 star rating I provided!

Highly recommend Aegis Construction. They repaired storm damage on my shed roof, and put a new roof on my house as well. Kenny Carlquist was awesome, handled all the insurance issues, was very patient, kind and helpful with all my questions, answering and returning phone calls etc. Roofers were great and did amazing clean up.
