Excellent and responsive service. Technician knew EXACTLY what he was doing, what was wrong with the fridge, had parts on hand, and fixed it on the spot. Received a text AND a call that he was ten minutes away. Showed up on time and literally was in and out in under 30 minutes - and cleaned up his mess too. Highly recommend.Report

Advance Appliance repaired my GE dishwasher after another company's failed attempt. The Advance Appliance technician was very thorough, professional, explained the problem and tested the dishwasher on completing the repair. It is working just fine.
