About ADL Insurance Services

ADL Insurance Services offers health, life, dental, disability, Medicare supplement, and Aflac insurance policies for small businesses and individuals in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Post Falls and Rathdrum Idaho.  We represent many different insurance companies including BlueCross of Idaho, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, and Mutual of Omaha, to name a few.

ADL Insurance Services was started by Annette Hill in 2002.  Annette has over 15 years of experience in the insurance business.  Through hard work and dedication to her clients, ADL Insurance was able to grow.  In 2006, Annette's son-in-law, Mike Dirks, joined ADL Insurance Services as a partner.  Annette and Mike are both native Idahoans who understand and appreciate the economics of North Idaho and can relate to the needs of local small businesses and individuals.  We thoroughly research all of the plans available in order to help our clients make the most informed decisions based on their specific needs.  We also are committed to providing excellent customer service by being readily available to answer any questions or concerns our clients may have.
