Absolutely awful. Call anyone else. I was stuck in a parking lot and called for a tow, they said 30-50 minutes. I waited over an hour, called again, and they kept saying they were right there, just 10 minutes away, they'd be there soon, called again after 15 minutes, they said they are right there be there in a minute, called again after 15 minutes and put on hold indefinitely. Called again to cancel and they had the audacity to say they would charge $50 for cancel. Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for nothing and added so much frustration to an already difficult situation.
I got another tow company to come, (V&U) who said they'd be there in 30 minutes and got there sooner, and charged me substantially less.
Waste of time.

they have an advertisement that they tow heavy trucks and they are actually a broker they do not have equipment to tow trucks
