Great service with a very good price

YES, 10-4 Tow did fulfill their promise of getting us safely towed where we needed to go but BEWARE! They said all the right things to get our business but once we signed their authorization, (read it very carefully), and handed over our credit card, we knew we'd made the wrong towing company choice.
To be fair, our towing needs were unique but 10-4 initially explained we'd be charged for a minimum of 5 hrs of service at $325/hr but immediately charged us for 10 hrs of service. Upon calling them for clarification we were told the fee would be adjusted after completion of the tow AND they disclosed the tow truck would be coming from 2 counties over and would take 3 hrs to reach us. The truck actually took over 5 hrs to reach us. They promised driver updates but we received no updates unless we called in, sat on hold for 20 min/each call. We figured traffic would cause a delay, but not a 2+ hr delay! They had our money so what's the hurry? It was a very long, frustrating and stressful afternoon of waiting in a precarious location. After sharing our experience with the manager, we were refunded for just 1 hr of service. Our bill for a 110 ml, flatbed tow truck was well over $2000. My advise... try not to break down in a remote area on a Sunday afternoon, compose yourself so you can calmly shop for a reputable towing company who won't take advantage of you and your situation!!!!! Buy a AAA Premier membership, it's only $200/year for a 200 mile tow! Hard lesson learned!

Very unprofessional! I scheduled the appointment for towing 2days before and they never came, i waited for them outside for 2hrs and i called them said towing truck will arrive in 15minutes but i end up waiting for 2hrs, after all that waiting the driver called me “ do you want to cancel the service? I’m still in ALAMO” don’t use the service of this company it’s a waste of time!

Called for quote and then I called back and was placed on hold twice. I tried to call back and wouldn't answer phone.
