"this hotel had some of the best beds i have ever slept in. when we got home i called the hotel to find out which brand they were. i was met with an annoying attitude and am still trying to get the answer. supposedly you can purchase hotel items and it is good advertising for the hotel. not this hotel. they said the were seally with some kind of top. I will find some place else to stay"

"I had booked this hotel through expedia because Comfort Inn's website on Aurora Ave said it was pet friendly. When I made the reservations, I specially asked the agent twice if it was okay to have my 65lb lab dog stay as well. I know that some hotels have a weight limit that's why I specifically asked before going ahead with the reservation. We were told no weight limit. When we arrived for check-in, the General Manager would NOT let us bring our dog in. He claimed that the weight limit is clearly stated on their website but it is not (35lbs). I had to call Expedia to have them transfer my family to another location that was pet friendly and didn't have a weight limit. The GM claimed that there was nothing he could do and wasn't accomdating or friendly about it at all. Basically his attitude was that it was not his problem. He said that he would not charge us for the room but there is a pending charge on my bank site waiting for authorization. I'm sure this was a decent hotel but even Expedia verified that nothing is mentioned about a weight limit on the hotels website. "
